First day in Canada - Toronto

We are so very happy to be going home however, it was a long flight. Mamush did ok from Ethiopia to Dubai however, from Dubai to TO he struggled. We suspect that his ear infection was causing him to be uncomfortable. Therefore, he wanted to be held the entire trip by mom and mom only. The flight was 13 1/2 hrs and I think in total I stood rocking him for 10 hrs. There was one point, where I think I fell asleep standing up! Needless, to say we were all very happy to hit Canadian soil in TO.

Auntie Lori was at the airport waiting to meet Mamush. And it was love at first site.........for both of them. Mamush loved his auntie Lori and had a great time playing with her. He was giving her hugs and simply enjoyed checking out her house and all the things in it.He was so excited it's amazing that everything is so new and very exciting for him. He loved her couch, He would crawl up, lay down then roll around, he thought it was great. Auntie Lori got him a very special personalized piggy bank along with some other gifts. Thank you!
