We were very please to learn that Mamush's court date has been set for Dec. 10 2009. The process is that his case goes to court to establish his availability to be adopted and to assign guardianship. ( which is assigned to the nurse at the adoption agency). We have been informed that all should go well. We look forward getting one step closer to bringing baby Mamush home!
